Eluveitie
Swiss Folk Metal institution Eluveitie have just announced the leaving of Patrick Kistler (tin & low whistles, bagpipe).
The band states: "With a heavy heart we have to share with you the news that Päde is no longer a part of Eluveitie. After six years and four albums, he leaves big shoes to fill. While we have no further comment at this time, we would like to wish him all the best for his future endeavours.
"At the same time, we can announce that we have already found a very talented musician to step in and keep the show going: multi-instrumentalist Matteo Sisti, from our friends and colleagues at Krampus, has not hesitated to jump in and learn our full set in just a few days.
The band recently finished an incredible sold out UK Tour and will play upcoming dates on the Origins European tour as follows:

Hellfest
Hellfest have announced a line-up for the 2015 edition of the festival .The place is Clisson, France on June 19th to 21st 2015.Included in Motörhead, Judas Priest, Slipknot, Scorpions, Alestorm, Slash, ZZ Top, Ensiferum, Billy Idol, Venom, Alice Cooper and millions more...
The festival takes place within the Val de Moine sports complex in Clisson, just 35 km south-east of the city of Nantes, and 400 km south-west of Paris.
For the history - the festival is the old Fury Fest, which was held in 2002 and 2003 in Clisson and Nantes , and 2004 and 2005 in Le Mans.In June 2009, religious and right-wing groups asked the festival sponsors to disengage from Hellfest. Coca-Cola announced a later that they will no longer support the festival.
In March 2010, Prime Minister François Fillon and the leader of the MPF Philippe de Villiers in front of 1,500 people attacked the metal music festival Hellfest: "Our values are not like those of the Regional Council (PS); to be funding a satanic festival!"The same month, former minister and leader of the Parti chrétien-démocrate Christine Boutin wrote to Kronenbourg asking them to stop supporting the festival.
Arch Enemy
Arch Enemy are announce that guitar legend Jeff Loomis (ex-Nevermore) will be joining their ranks for their upcoming European tour which starts off November 26, as well as all future tours in 2015.
Jeff Loomis states: "I'm very excited to be playing with Arch Enemy. Michael Amott and I have stayed in contact over the years since we toured together when I was playing in Nevermore. Not only do I admire his guitar playing and songwriting, but I also consider him a close friend.
"To be able to share the stage with Michael, Sharlee, Daniel and Alissa is something I'm really looking forward to. 2015 is going to be a great year... See you all on tour!"
After a great year of intensive touring in support of their critically acclaimed album, War Eternal, Arch Enemy are parting ways with guitarist Nick Cordle who states: "With War Eternal I believe we wrote an album together which will stand the test of time, and I wish them well for the future."
US fans will be able to see a special reunion as Christopher Amott (the brother of Arch Enemy founder/bandleader Michael Amott) has joined the band for the remainder of their American headlining tour.
